Wisecat will conduct a fundraising event to secure funds for WCAT liquidity and initial operations.
Private pre-sale
2% of the total token supply will be made available for purchase during the private pre-sale ()
During the private pre-sale, participants will have the opportunity to acquire WCAT tokens at 66,6% lower than the starting price, which amounts to 0.01 USDC per token.
There is a maximum purchase limit of 5,000 USDC and a minimum purchase requirement of 500 USDC per wallet, so that one holder would not have more than 0.5% of total supply.
The hard cap of private pre-sale is 20,000 USDC.
Participation in private pre-sale requires identity disclosure.
Tokens sold during private pre-sale will be vested and gradually (daily) distributed within 1 year period, starting from the public launch of the WCAT token.
Public pre-sale (IDO)
30% of the total token supply will be made available for purchase during IDO (initial DEX offering)
The initial price of WCAT token is established at 0.03 USDC.
There is a maximum purchase limit of 6,000 USDC per wallet, so that one holder would not have more than 0.2% of total supply.
The hard cap of IDO is 900,000 USDC.
50% of the funds raised will be allocated an locked as liquidity, while the remaining 50% will be earmarked for initial marketing, partnerships, and AI development.
